Famous designer Philippe Starck took charge of its interior. The menu also changed in favor of a stunning mix of both French and Eastern influences. Try the duck foie gras, or the crispy rice with tuna tartar seasoned with ginger, chives and sesame. There is an eclectic mixture of wonderfully decorated rooms; you can choose to dine in the wine room, the fireplace room, the boudoir or the library, four completely different options that are all elegant and cosy. From the subdued lamps shaped like shells in the Jolies Madame's boudoir to the wonderful chandeliers of the main dining room, there is something for everyone at the BON, Paris.
