In the famous Parisian district of St Germain des Prés, Les Valseuses is a cosy and chic address. Candles, shaded lights, portrait paintings, Chesterfield sofas and cocktails to go with the decor! The atmosphere is that of an English gentleman's club but the cuisine is very definately French, with a hint of the mediterranean. Try the foie gras or the fish of the day!
