Les Truffes Folies is a cosy restaurant and boutique in Paris' 7th district, a short walk from the Invalides. The truffle, chosen with great, comes from the South-West region of France. The truffle-based cuisine is excellent as showed with the vegetable terrine with tomato concasse and truffle, the salad of black truffle and foie gras pate or the Lyons sausage with pistachios and truffles. At Les Truffes Folies, the “Black Diamond” is also featured in dessert dishes such as the excellent Crème Brulée or the Quemada of Panna Cotta.
