The Grand Méricourt in the street of the same name in the 11th district of Paris came into being after the meeting of two passionate chefs, Alexis Jordon and Christelle Ly. Christelle is an autodidact driven by her passion of food and fine dining while Alexis is a trained chef with experience in many fine Parisian establishments. This young couple decided to create the kind of restaurant they would like to dine in them themselves, a simple setting and welcome but uncompromising quality with the food and menus. There is a great mix of fish and meat with dishes such as tuna carpaccio with pesto, olive oil and parmesan or rabbit cooked to perfection and served with fresh vegetables.
