The grandly named Château de l'Ouest is just a short walk from Paris's Montparnasse train station. It is a wonderfully French restaurant dedicated to the panoply of French gastronomy. François Quesnel is both the chef and owner and brings all his passion for different French regional dishes to the Château. He has sourced the very best in locally made artisanal regional produce, some of which can be bought to take away as well as ordered from the menu. There is a wide range of home made patés, meats, fish and succulent desserts to choose from. The restaurant itself has a cosy ambiance and a friendly, helpful staff.
