The Bac Saint Germain is a mid sized restaurant that attracts both business and leisure crowds. It is ideally situated in the famous Saint Germain des Près district just a short walk from the Musée d'Orsay. The chef Olivier Metayer has an impressive CV having worked for the likes of Alain Ducasse and Joël Roubouchon. He produces creative and modern French cuisine in a contemporary ambiance.
